    Amira Ganis

    Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta. Earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Indonesia in 1998 and Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University, Boston in 2002.

    Joined the Company in 2002 as Project Cost Control Manager and she was then promoted to various senior management positions in companies under the Radiant Group. In 2011 she was appointed as Director of the Company and also holds management positions in companies initiated by and included in the Radiant Group.

    Winarno Zain

    Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta. He earned his Bachelor of Economics from the University of Indonesia in 1968. Previously held various positions including in PT Unilever Indonesia (1970-1988) with the last position as Commercial Manager and PT Ika Muda Group Los Angeles branch with the position of Vice President in 1989.

    From 2001 until 2004 he was a Member of the Committee for Investigation of State Officials’ Assets (KPKN) and is currently active as a columnist with his articles are found in various print and electronic media and is actively involved in various economic discussion forums. Currently, in addition to being an Independent Commissioner he also serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.

    Muhammad Hamid

    Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta. Earned his Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia in 1986. He began his career in the banking industry until 1995 and held several executive positions in various non-banking companies such as PT Grita Artha Kreamindo until 1996.

    He started his career in Radiant Group in 1996 by holding the senior management position in the Accounting and Finance Division and subsequently served as Director of numerous Radiant Group subsidiaries. In 2006 he was appointed as Director of the Company.
